The agreement between you and us when you order a piece or use this site.

The short version
- Everything is made to order. Nothing goes into production until we have confirmed the design, price, measurements and timeline with you.
- Prices are set in Pakistani rupees. Other currencies shown on the site are an approximate guide, not the amount charged.
- Images from the design studio are concepts, not photographs of a finished garment — the real piece can differ.
Who these terms are with
This site is operated by an independently owned business trading as Nayyab Collections, based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. "We" and "us" mean that business; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. Using this site means you accept these terms.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse, save and share our work. Please do not attempt to break into any part of the site, disrupt it for others, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where that happens.
Your account
You can order without an account, but an account keeps your order history in one place and is required for the design studio.
Please keep your password to yourself, and use one you have not used elsewhere. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is being used abusively or fraudulently.
Our pieces are made to order
We do not sell from stock. Each piece is cut and stitched for you, to your chosen design, colour and measurements, by hand.
Photographs and swatches are as accurate as we can make them, but fabric, embroidery and colour vary a little between production runs, and every screen shows colour differently. Small variations are part of handwork, not a fault.
Where a fabric or a particular technique becomes unavailable, we come back to you with the closest alternative rather than substituting it silently.
Prices and currency
Prices are set in Pakistani rupees (PKR), and that is the amount actually charged. Where the site displays another currency it is an approximate conversion offered as a guide — your bank's own rate and any foreign-transaction fee decide what finally leaves your account.
We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed with you. Where a price is shown in obvious error, we will contact you before taking the order further rather than quietly cancelling it.
Placing an order
An order becomes binding when we confirm it, not the moment it is submitted. Before production begins, our team confirms the final design, price, measurements and delivery timeline with you.
That confirmation matters: it is your chance to correct anything. Once cutting and stitching begin, changes may no longer be possible.
We may decline an order — for example where the design is not something we can make well, where a request would amount to copying another designer's work, or where we cannot deliver to your location.
Payment
Card payments are handled by Safepay, a payment provider licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan. Card details are entered on their secure page and never reach this website.
An order or a credit purchase is confirmed once the payment provider tells us the payment cleared. Returning to the site after paying does not by itself confirm a payment.
Where an order is arranged over WhatsApp, we agree and confirm the payment method with you in writing.
Delivery, duties and taxes
Production takes 3–4 weeks for party wear and 8–10 weeks for bridal, and shipping is on top of that. Free delivery within Pakistan; international shipping starts from USD 50 depending on destination and weight.
Timelines are careful estimates, not guarantees — handwork and couriers both vary. If a date is critical, tell us before ordering and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.
For international orders, any customs duty, import tax or clearance charge in the destination country is payable by you. We cannot predict these, and we cannot mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, and cancellation is only possible before production begins. The full detail — including what happens if we send the wrong piece or it arrives damaged — is set out separately.
The AI design studio
The studio generates outfit images from what you describe. They are visual design concepts created for inspiration. The final outfit may vary depending on fabric availability, embroidery techniques, tailoring requirements, measurements, budget, cultural styling and production feasibility.
Generating an image uses a credit. A number of generations are free; after that, credits can be bought. Credits already spent are not refundable, because each generation costs us money the moment it runs.
We design custom-inspired pieces — never exact copies of other designers. Please upload only images you have the right to use, and nothing offensive, unlawful, or showing someone who has not agreed to it. We may refuse a request, and may withdraw access where the tool is misused.
A generated concept is not an offer or a quotation. Price, feasibility and timeline are confirmed by our team before anything is made.
Intellectual property
The photography, wording, design and branding on this site are ours. What you send us stays yours, and you give us permission to use it only to design, quote and produce your order.
Availability of the site
We keep the site running as reliably as we can, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change or be withdrawn — including the design studio, which depends on services we do not control.
Our responsibility to you
If we get something wrong — the wrong piece, a fault in the making, or a failure to deliver — we will put it right, as set out in the refund policy.
Beyond that, our responsibility for any single order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as an event you could not attend, where the cause was outside our reasonable control.
None of this limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are ordering from elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law in your own country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when we confirmed it.
